This property offers 1,260 square feet over two levels of living space. With three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, this mountain town getaway has all you need to sleep up to seven guests in comfort.
Entry to this property is from the carport and through the atrium (with a private hot tub). Arriving at the condos’ front door, putting you right into the main living area with the living room, kitchen, dining area and patio access — all with plenty of natural light.
Living Room: Enjoy comfortable mountain furnishings, a 40” Samsung TV (with cable programming), and a warm gas fireplace. This room offers plenty of light and a very open and airy ambiance with the vaulted ceilings and skylights. Enjoy stepping out onto the adjacent patio to take in the mountain breezes.
Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Take advantage of the large center island, perfect for meal prep and entertaining. There is also kitchen bar seating for four.
Dining Room: The adjoining dining area offers seating for eight.
Bedrooms (All located on the upper level):
Master bedroom — King size bed, 40” Smart TV with cable programming, and a private bath with a dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, Smart TV and access to a full shared bathroom with a tiled shower.
