The entire main level of this home offers fantastic mountain views from the back of the house. Check out the runs of Deer Valley from your dining room or while enjoying your morning coffee on the back patio.
Living Room: This relaxing space offers a cozy sectional sofa and leather chairs, an electric fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV — all accentuated by the numerous windows bringing in the amazing views and natural light.

Family Room / Game Room (lower level): Enjoy some fun and relaxation in this bonus room offering a large sectional sofa, two 55” Smart TV's, and table with seating for four — great for playing cards or board games. This room also offers a walk-out patio to the seven person hot-tub and stunning views.
