Welcome to Deer Valley Yeti Lodge, your perfect mountain retreat in lower Deer Valley. This end-unit townhome boasts stunning mountain views and a prime location, just ½ mile from Deer Valley Ski Resort and 2.6 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, giving you easy access to year-round outdoor activities. After a day on the slopes, head to Historic Main Street, only 1.4 miles away, to enjoy shopping, dining, and vibrant nightlife. With a free shuttle bus stop just steps away, you’ll have quick access to all that Park City has to offer for an unforgettable getaway!
This two-level townhouse spans 1,275 square feet, offering a spacious and comfortable environment for your stay. It has 2 bedrooms (both with en suites), 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests.
Enter through the 1-car garage or front door and step into the main-level living area, flooded with natural light and offering lovely views of the ski resort.
Living Room: Mountain contemporary furnishings fill this room, featuring a sectional sofa and comfy chair, a gas-assist wood-burning fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV with cable for your entertainment.
Kitchen: The kitchen, open to the living room, has tile countertops and stainless steel appliances, including an electric range and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. Fully equipped, it provides a seamless culinary experience.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals at the wood dining table, offering seating for 4 and bathed in natural light. Access the patio directly from the dining area.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (Upper Level) - Queen bed, 43” Sony TV with cable, and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - Two twin beds and a private balcony. The private bathroom is the same with a vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
There is an additional memory foam twin rollaway bed, that is kept in the garage, for additional sleeping accommodations.

Lower Deer Valley Community: The community is on the shuttle route and offers a walking/biking paved path throughout the area. You can walk to the Deer Valley Café that offers breakfast, lunch or carryout.
