You will enter this townhome from the garage, where you will find a convenient mudroom. Step up the staircase that brings you into the second level main living area, where you’ll find the living room, kitchen, dining area and second sitting room— all bathed in natural light from the many windows.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary style furnishing including a spacious leather couch, a Smart TV, a warm gas fireplace and lots of windows and vaulted ceilings that give the space an airy and open feel. There’s a cozy family room adjacent to the kitchen/dining area with a couch, Smart TV, and a window bench.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space featuring newer stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and bar seating for three
Dining Room: This dining area offers a table with seating for six.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (upper level) — You will have a cozy loft area with a desk and comfy chairs in the sitting area outside this master bedroom. The bedroom offers a king size bed, Smart TV, and a private bath with dual vanities, a separate water closet and a spacious, tile shower
Bedroom 2 (first level) — Queen bed, Smart TV, and access to a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. You will also have access to the patio to take in the views and mountain air.
Bedroom 3 (first level) — Two twin beds, Smart TV, access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Skier Shuttle - The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from the Snow Park Lodge during your stay. Making it easy to get to and from the slopes.
Lakeside Amenities: Year-round heated pool and hot tub. The property's location is near walking paths for a casual stroll around the lake or to Deer Valley Grocery Cafe, and on the free bus route to take you just about anywhere in Deer Valley, Park City and Kimball Junction.
