Bear Hollow is a great community that has a community pool in the summer, several hot tubs, fitness center, on the City bus shuttle route, and a clubhouse too.   It's an ideal location very close to the Canyons Resort Village and an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops at Kimball Junction too.  It's also the hub of several mountain bike trails and adjacent to cross country skiing trails too!
