Park City Silver Star Ultimate (Ski in/ Ski out) Description
SKI-IN/SKI-OUT A luxury condo located in Park City's Silver Star Community, about 60 feet from Silver Star ski run and Silver Star chair lift! Also, just steps away is the Silver Star Café, featured as a top restaurant on Diners, Dives, and Drive-in's, a ski/snowboard rental shop, Silver Star lift ticket window, biking trails, and walking distance to the Park City Golf Course, and Park City Mountain Resort and all its activities. For further distances, hop on the free Park City bus from one of the bus stops just in front of the community to take you just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction.
Park City Silver Star Ultimate is a 2,600 square foot, a 3-story large corner-end unit with four bedrooms (all with a private bath), and four and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in complete comfort.
You will access the property from the communal garage right into the 1st level of the home and family room. Up one level is the spacious main living area holding the living room, gourmet kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Located on the 2nd level, this roomy yet cozy space offers comfortable leather furnishings, warm gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV with Direct TV, Apple TV and Sonos (whole house system). There is a wall of windows to bring in plenty of natural light and views. Off the living room is a private balcony with patio seating and a BBQ.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for easy prep of your homemade meals, and offers Viking appliances, including a gas range, stone counters and a center island with seating for four, and lovely hardwood flooring.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has seating for up to eight guests and plenty of natural light and views.
Family Room: This great gathering space is located on the first/entry level and offers comfortable furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, 50” HD TV DirecTV, Apple TV, and Xbox 360. There is also access to the patio featuring a private hot tub that overlooks the Park City golf course.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
-Grand Master Bedroom (3rd Level) - A spacious suite with a king bed, private balcony, 40" HD TV with DirecTV, and a large private bath with a jetted tub, stone/glass shower, and dual stone counter sinks.
-Master Bedroom 2 (3rd Level) – A king bed, 32” HD TV with DirecTV, and a private bath with stone counters and a tub/shower combo.
-Master Bedroom 3 (3rd Level) – A king bed, 32” HD TV with DirecTV, and a private bath with stone counters and a tub/shower combo.
-Bedroom 4 (1st Level) – Full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle, a twin bed, a 32” HD TV with DirecTV, and a private bath with stone counters and a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy the views and mountain air while grilling up your favorites on the BBQ on the main level balcony, or soak in the hot tub on the private patio after a day full of activities.
