Along with the home's picturesque location, you will love the amenities offered by the Red Pine Clubhouse, including a pool, hot tub, and sauna. This home is a short walk to the Canyons Village, putting you in the heart of exciting activities including skiing, golf, shopping and dining. You will also be within walking distance to the Canyons Resort Cabriolet, which can whisk you up to the base of the resort. The Canyons Transit Hub is also a short walk, allowing you to take the free bus throughout town including Main Street and Deer Valley.

Upon entering the property, you step right into the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen/dining area — with lovely hardwood and carpet flooring throughout.
Living Room: This room holds gorgeous furnishings including a leather sofa sleeper, plush arm chair, cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV and access to the adjacent patio with outdoor furnishings, BBQ grill, and fire-pit.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, ample counter-space , and all the equipment and utensils need to create delicious meals and snacks.
