Located on Park Avenue, it’s just a 5 minute walk to the Town Lift, Park City Mountain Resort, as well as Main Street and all the excitement offered there including shopping, dining and a vibrant nightlife. The Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift is a 6 minute walk from the building, and the shuttle stop is just steps away giving you quick and easy access to the mountain as well as Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and the Canyon's Base.
This property was remodeled in 2020 and features 1,550 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to seven guests.
From the garage you will walk up a short flight of stairs and enter home’s main living area through the front door, which you will access from the community garage. You will step directly into the great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
