Park City Mountains Are Calling is true to its name. It is a wonderful townhome that is situated in the new Wasatch Springs community. You will be just minutes away from everything the area offers including the resorts, Park City Main Street and even the exciting Jordanelle Reservoir, making this a great choice any time of year. The community also offers a wonderful park just out the front door and others in the area.

                           

This three-level townhome features 2,100 square feet, with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to eight guests.

 

Entering the property via the garage entry and then up a flight of stairs puts you into the main level great room, where you will find the living room, kitchen and dining area.

 

Living Room: Comfy and plush contemporary furnishings, Smart TV, and access to the balcony where you can enjoy a BBQ grill, outdoor furnishings and views.

 

Stepping up two stairs puts you into the kitchen and dining areas.

 

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. Prep is easy on the spacious stone counters and enjoy a snack or cup of coffee at the spacious kitchen bar with seating for three.  There is also an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage.

 

Dining Area: The dining area offers a table and seating for seven. There’s also a work desk within this space.
