Park City Canyons Farmhouse Retreat Description

The newly remodeled Canyons Farmhouse Retreat is a three-level condominium located in the Canyons Village community of Hidden Creek. You will be just five minutes to the Canyons Cabriolet that can take you to the Base, along with the Canyons Transit Center where you can catch the free bus to Main Street (in just two stops!) or Kimball Junction (in one stop!). It’s also an easy walk (or you can catch the bus) to the Canyons Village Base for easy mountain access, restaurants, shops, equipment rentals, and even free concerts.

 

This condo offers 1,296 square feet over two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft bunkroom easily sleep up to 10 guests.

 

From the front door, you’ll take a few steps up from the welcoming foyer which is also a mudroom and ski storage area, right into the main living area.

 

Living Room: Enjoy contemporary style furnishings (including a sleeper sofa), a wood burning fireplace, a 50” Smart TV and a convenient desk area. There are many surrounding windows to bring in lots of natural light.

 

Adjacent to the living room is an elevated landing offering a 32” Smart TV with a Wii gaming console, making it a great gathering space for the younger set.

 

Kitchen:  The kitchen space is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up tasty snacks and meals. There’s also seating for four at the kitchen bar.

 

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for seven. This area also has a cozy bench window seat. You can also take advantage of the seating at the kitchen bar.
