The spacious Park City Blackstone 3827 is favorably situated just a short distance to the exciting and energetic Canyons Village. You will be across the street from the Canyons Cabriolet that can whisk you up to the base of the mountain where you can indulge in the many shops, world-class restaurants, and of course, easy mountain access! Jump on the free Electric Express shuttle bus from the Transit Hub and go all over town including Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, and Deer Valley area.
This property offers three levels and 1,500 square feet, this property offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms — all to accommodate up to 10 guests.
You will enter the property via the garage, and then after a short flight of stairs, you will be main living area that holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: This room offers contemporary style furnishings including a plush convertible sofa-sleeper, three comfy arm-chairs, a 55” TV, and a warm gas fireplace. Step out on the private balcony to enjoy the beautiful surrounding views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen space offers stainless steel Viking appliances, lovely stone counters and bar seating for four.
Dining Room: This dining area has a table with seating for six, and large surrounding windows. The adjacent offers a BBQ and views.
There’s a wonderful workspace on this level, in case you want to get some work done during your stay.
