Distillery and Tasting Room
The primary location for High West Distillery can be found in Wanship, which is approximately 25 minutes away from Park City. Stop by the distillery to enjoy a classic cocktail, have a meal, or take a tour of the facility. High West is known for their selection of delicious yet budget-friendly whiskeys. The tasting room and knowledgeable staff will allow you to try out their offerings or have them in a cocktail. We love their whiskey flights! Once you find a whiskey that you love, you can purchase a bottle or two to go. The High West Distillery general store is one of the few stores in the state that will allow you to purchase liquor on Sunday. If you stop by hungry, make sure to get a meal at the onsite restaurant. Main entrees on the menu include a bison patty melt, rocky mountain trout, smoked turkey, and a delicious build your own mac ‘n’ cheese. For lighter fare, try out the bar snacks that include chips, kettle corn, and elote street corn. Distillery tours are available Thursday through Sunday at 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM.
Park City Saloon
While a trip to the distillery is exciting, it is not the only place where you can find High West. Right here in Park City you can find the High West Saloon. This Park City location also features indoor dining, spirit tasting, and facility tours. Entrees on the menu include elk, pan roasted trout, sweet potato chile verde, and prime rib. Enjoy your meal at the saloon or order curbside to go service. The Park City Saloon is a 21-years-old and up venue, so no children are allowed.
Finding High West Distillery
You can enjoy a visit to the Park City Saloon by visiting 703 Park Avenue. This location is open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The High West Distillery is located at 27649 Old Lincoln Hwy in Wanship, Utah. This location is open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
